The same basic idea, as the tiny ones, but a bit 'wider'...
Here I've recycled a pair of cycling-shorts, which I had, from when they were in fashion...
For this creation, I've cut out strips of fabric, folded it, so that the edges meet, on the backside, upon which I've sewn it, using an elastic seam.
Then I've 'constructed' the cock and ball holder, making sure that it stays tight when I'm erect, and have let the rim in the middle-front continue down around the ballsack, tight enough to grip it, but not so tight, that it really divides the balls.
Then I've added a rim in the front of the cycling-shorts, in order to avoid pulling them out of shape. It's attached to the ring of the same fabric, surrounding my cock and ballsack, and keeping the shorts-fabric from ripping, and attached to the upper elastic ribbon in the shorts.
