It is an established fact, that the common kind of vibrators does not give enough vibrations, to make a male have the intended fun of it..!
I have - for a loong time - been out to find a possibility to mend this, and then I found out how I could attach a plastic tube to my delta sander, and combining this with a little vacuum proved to be really efficient.
The trick is, that on my delta sander, I can remove the 'bottom' of the sanding triangle, and attach the tube, with 2 strips.
The complete assembly, sideview,
-and
top-view (at least seen from the sanders point of view).
Now, here you'll need to notice, that the small red triangle is pointing 'to the
side'...
This is the trick, in order to free the bottom part of the sander, where you'd
usually attach the sanding pads to the velcro-surface.
Removing the delta sander, you can see how I've attached the tube, using two
plastic strips, through the holes where the sander would otherwise suck in the
'sanding dust'.
Here you see the plastic strips, from the 'sander's side', as well as from the
tube's side.
Finally a tiny detail, which I found to be of major importance. If the tube is
mounted to the sander, only by the two strips, it will inevitably 'slide
forwards', when you apply vacuum, and vibrations simultaneously - and this is
exactly what I was out to do.
The gray 'patent strip' is tightened around the tube, with a piece of
'non-slip-rubber' underneath, with the screw and nut tight to the sander's
triangle.
I have tried to attach the tube in a few other manners, but this proved to be
the working solution.
Here you see the vacuum/vibrations assembly, taken off the delta sander's
'body'.
