I got to think about why S&M-gear always look rather 'rectangular'...
I decided to take a go at attacking this style, and here you get my first
attempt, in using more 'soft and organic shapes' in BDSM toys.
( You might see more of this, as the challenge actually have proven to be good
fun, to play with ! ).
Here you get it from an other angle, in order to show you how it's working...*G*
It'll probably be easier to copy, if you get a look at it, without my dick and balls inside it...
The hinge may require a comment

The hinge is made, by cutting openings in the wood, and then placing a D-ring
there, kept in place by two screws.
The reason for doing it this way is, that it would be rather difficult to find a
good hinge, only 15 millimeters wide, and apart from this, the usual hinges
would give a 'sharp edge' someplace, no matter how it's mounted.
The fitting for the padlock, is mounted like it is, in order to make it stay
within the 'safe area' - again in order to avoid sharp edges...

Finally you might be able to see, that I've used two 'spikes' at the bottom, in
order to control the fish, when closed. The hinge and the padlock does not
entirely 'lock' the two halves, and it's rather painful, if they move, while my
privates are in-between them..*G*
They are made from two brass screws, which I've screwed into the one half, upon
which I've cut off the heads (and grinded the sharp edges away).
After doing this, I simply drilled two holes, in the other half, in order to let
the (mutilated) screws grip into the other half of the fish. This means that
when the fish is closed, the two parts will be 'interlocked', a principle also
applicable to other kinds of stocks.

Well, I'm not an educated engineer, but here's a few measurements, for the fish. You'll need to adjust it to fit your body anyway..
