The Gates of Hell, is the name for this little gizmo, but anyway, it's easily made.

This one uses a series of rings from a hobby-shop, i.e. http://www.panduro-hobby.dk/
I've sewed a couple of fabric-strips between the rings, to keep them in place, ( -a nice masochist-handiwork for the long cold winter evenings…).
-and it works, as you see…
It could have been as long as…
-and here's the 'deluxe' edition, in white leather, brass rivets and... at app. 7 Euro
-and in the 'empty' edition.
Another design, which can be used i.e. inside a pair of shorts:
The big difference is, that this version has a loop at the end of the prolonged rim, allowing it to be attached to the line at the waist of a pair of shorts.
-the fact that it is also applicable to my 'hole-in-the-bottom-jeans' does not make it less fun.
For that purpose, I place the loop over the pin, in my belt buckle, then things are kept in place there..!

At the picture at the left, I have pulled the end of my belt the 'wrong way' out
of the buckle, to show how the loop is placed...
