1. The toy(s) you buy at www.sadomechanix.dk are sold as a novelty only, and as a hobby-produce. This means that you are NOT entitled to i.e. returning the item, and/or getting your money back i.e. if you regret the purchase.
2. The toy(s) are to be paid IN ADVANCE. I do not send the toy prior to reception of the payment.
3. www.sadomechanix.dk accepts no responsibility for i.e. failure to recieve the order-form, network failures, server failures or other events resulting from the use of the purchasing-form.
4. Any judicial disputes will be handled under Danish law, at the court closest to the present address of the owner of  www.sadomechanix.dk.
5. Use only under competent supervision.
