A piece of 'bite proof' rubber, which can be purchased at your local petshop, which slightly modified presents itself as a nice chastity-toy.
I cut an opening at one side of the toy, as you see below, then I drilled 2 holes for a bag-padlock (an ABUS N:65/15).
Here you see the opening, and you might just be able to see the hollow, which is intended to hold the penis-head.
Finally I cut a piece of chain, which is exactly so long, that it'll reach from my frenum piercing, through the hole at the 'top' of the doggy-toy, when the penis is inside the toy, and down to the padlock !

Then it's just to pull the chain through the opening in the Kong, insert the penishead, pull the chain down to the padlock, lock it up, and BINGO....
THAT'S IT FOLKS !
It's actually so effective, that you'll need to cut the chain, in order to get it off without the key…
-and if you flush with clean water after urinating, you'll be able to wear it for...
