Of course you can bind it all up.. This is what I call the 'divider'.

However, do not tie it up so tight, that it gets blue and cold. If you do that, you might have cut off the blood-circulation, which - if the situation continues - in the end, will have the standard hospital-treatment ( which is the only possible ) for gangrene... amputation..!
You can also use a hangman's rope, but if you use it like this, it's absolutely neccesary, that he's lying on a stamble place i.e. like a floor
