This is a little devious toy preventing him from stimulating his penis and/or balls. *S*

As you'll no doubt be able to see, it's a stock, that 'grabs' the penis and, simultaneously, pulls the ballsack forward as well.
The two blocks of wood, between the hands and the 'privates' effectively stop him, from reaching his penis and/or balls, no matter how well equipped he might be ! *S*

Her ser du, at jeg har lavet en udskæring, der passer til toppen af håndjernsmanchetterne. De er monteret med én af de her "IKEA-skruer" med et godt groft træ-gevind.
Bolten, der kigger op af træet, yderst til højre på gabestokken, er en møbel-bolt, som normalt anvendes til at skrue i bordben, og har træ-gevind, i den ende, der sidder fast i gabestokken. Meningen med den er, at den passer ind i et hul i den øverste 'halvdel' af gabestokken, og derfor 'styrer' den gabestokken, så halvdelene ligger lige oven på hinanden.
