I've had the desire to get a toy, forcing me to diplay my penis and/or balls for some time now, and as I got the chance to buy a piece of PC plastic tube, i made this little device.. (PC is PolyCarbonate to the technically minded, and "Plexiglass" to the others).
The tube has been cut out, with a hole just big enough to get the ballsack through, as you'll se at this picture 'from below'.

You simply pull a nylon stocking over your penis, pull it through the pipe,
and then pull your penis into the pipe by using the stocking. When your penis
can go no further ( we all have our limitations ) you simply pull the stocking
out, from inbetween the pipe and your penis...
I've made a scetch to allow you to copy the tube, which will fit at tube with an inside diameter of 34 millimeters. Print it in the right size, insert it into the tube, and then you can use a permanent drawer to copy the lines to the outside of the tube. Subsequently you cut away the chekered areas i.e. with a fretsaw / copyingsaw. DO not forget to sand the cuts intensively after cutting !
And here you've got it "Chastity-style", locked to my D-ring belt!
If you buy a plug ( like the one for your bathtub ) and a 'return-flow-stop-valve, like usually used with aquarium air pumps, you can transform the display-tube into a vacuum-tube.
You might want to cut away the 'grip' from the rubber-plug, as I've done here, then drill a hole in the bathtub plug, in order to affix the valve.
