'The gizmo is made from a pice of 'plastic glass', (polycarbonate) which you can buy in any DIY-centre.
The holes have been drilled with a 5mm wood-drill, but make sure that it's sharp, otherwise you'll get uneven edges, which is truely not pleasant.
The large hole has been drilled with a spoon bit and great precaution.
Finally the 5mm holes have been chamfered, and the large hole have been grinded with a piece of fine sandingpaper.
Above you see the gizmo, as it might look.
It's naturally your decision how you want to bind the penis & balls, and if you apply a 8mm drill instead of the 5mm, you'll be able to pull the line through the holes twice, getting a closer 'grid'.

You can use just about any material ( apart from icecream) to
build the board, and I'd wonder what it'd look like in a hig-gloss polished
stainless steel plate.
