This cuff will distribute the pressure/strain over the full surface, and
thus it is better, i.e. for suspensions, or other activities giving a powerful
pull to the rope.

1/ Make an 'S' with a piece of rope, and lay it on your partners arm, so that the longer end runs the same way as the fingers are pointing.
2/ Start by winding the long end round your partners arm. It takes 6-8
rounds, before you proceed to 3/
3/ Pull the long end through the loop, at the elbow end, and pull the loop at
the palm, until the other loop almost disappears.
4/ Pull the long end through the other loop ( by the palm ) and now you carefully pull the short end, until you have just enough room in the loop, to pull the short end through it.
5/ Pull the short end through the loop, and pull it, until it grips the short end snugly..
That's all folks.
Both cuffs can of course be used at the ankles as well, and as goes for the
holiday handcuffs, the options and limitations stay the same.
