Here the hangman's rope has been used to tighten a rope cuff.
-Make a hangman's rope, and tie it to a hook in the ceiling.
-Make a loop, of some 5-6 rounds of rope, big enough to let you put it around
your wrists, and turn them to a 90 degree angle to one another.
-Put one wrist into the loop.
-Put the loop through the hangman's rope.
-Put your wrist through the loop, so that you got the hangman's rope between
your hands..
-Pull downwards.
Now your wrists are tied together. If you need to get out on your own, do not
tie the hangman's rope too tight, if you're waiting for somebody, do it very
tight ( You'll not get out unless somebody is helping you.. trust me ! ).
