Self bondage with clothespins...

Well, if you cannot get anyone to tie you down, and put you through some CBT, you actually can do it yourself.

Now, if you try this out - please make sure, that you can BE released, if the 'auto release' fails... This could i.e. be achieved through an agreement withg a trusted friend, who'd come and release you, if you hadn't called him/her at a specified time, i.e. 6o'clock..!

Well, here's the self-bondage-idea' without any claimed or craved guarantees:

You must have:
1/ a weight, something heavy, i.e. 4-5 pounds of sand, in a durable container i.e. a cotton carrying-bag.
2/ a stable ring under your ceiling.
3/ some feet of a strong and durable line.
4/ a bunch of clothespins.
5/ a set of (good) handcuffs, which you're able to get yourself out of, provided that you can get to the key.
6/ a rubber ring, i.e. like those used by plumbers, to tighten PVC-pipes (also known as an O-ring).
7/ a steel ring, so wide that it can NOT pass through the ring in the ceiling, in any way.
You can (also) use:
8/ a vibrating buttplug/an inflatable buttplug/an electro stimulation buttplug.
9/ an electro stimulation cockring
10/ some good bondage rope.

The concept:
If you do this, like I imagine, you'll end up sitting on the floor, holding the rubber ring between your teeth, with your hands cuffed behind your back, with clothespins all over your cock'n'balls, while the electro stimulation drives you from one orgasm to the next, until you lose grip of the rubber ring, which action will result in the clothespins being ripped away from you privates, which again makes it possible for you to get free.

Sounds almost too good to be true ?

It isn't, but you'll have to work a little to get there.

How-to:
1/ make sure, that the ring in your ceiling is capable of carrying twice the weight you're planning to use.
2/ make sure, that the line you intend to use, can carry twice the weight you're planning to use.
3/ make sure to make an appointment with a trusted friend, that he/she will come to your place (and go in) if you haven't called him/her at some well-chosen time, when you're sure, that you should have been released.
4/ bind the rubber ring to the line some 4 feet from the end, where you'll place the handcuff-key.
5/ pull the line through the clothespins, all in a row (the more the merrier), and tie the last clothespin to the line, so that you have app. 4" of line 'left over', to which you tie the key to your handcuffs.
6/ Lay the other key(s) on a table, in plain view, in case your friend needs to find them, in order to release you.
7/ pull 'the other end' (the one away from the clothespins and your key) through the ring in your ceiling.
8/ pull the line so far through the ring in the ceiling, that the clothespins are almost lifted from the floor.
9/ mark the place, on the line, where it passes through the ring in the ceiling.
10/ tie the steel ring to the line, at the point marked in 9/.
11/ Bind the weight to the line (in a durable manner) at the end, which have no clothespins attached to it.
12/ Sit down (kneeling) on the floor, so far away from the ring in the ceiling, that the length of the line suits you, to hold the rubber ring between your teeth, with the weight hanging just below the ring in your ceiling.
13/ take off your clothes - unless you're already nude 
14/ sit down on the floor, at the spot, where the line was the right length (12/).
15/ grab the rubber ring with your teeth, and hold on to it from now on.
16/ put on the 'source of stimulation' i.e. buttplug/electro stimulation, or what you want to use (if any).
17/ tie your right ankle to your right thigh, so that you cannot stretch your right leg.
18/ Do this again, with your left leg.
19/ turn on the 'source of stimulation' (if you use any), and brig the 'volume' to whatever level feels really good to you.
20/ attach the clothespin closest to the handcuff-key to the skin, just 'behind' your ball sack.
21/ attach the remaining clothespins to your ball sack and/or cock and/or nipples and/or[...].
22/ cuff your hands behind your back.

Now, having your hands cuffed behind your back, you'll not be able to get to the key, as it will be dangling between your ankles, just behind your ball sack. The (possible) stimulation will (hopefully) be driving you wild, and the clothespins will slowly increase the level of pain. 

When you release the rubber ring, the result will be, that the weight is no longer 'held up' - and therefore the weight will drop to the floor, ripping all the clothespins from you privates (and where ever else they might be attached) resulting in an instant 'flash' of pain (a crescendo).

Now, that the key is no longer trapped between your legs, all you need to do, is to get yourself to a position underneath the ring in the ceiling, where the key will be lying on the floor, tied to the line, and ready to be put to use, in opening the handcuffs, releasing your (shaking) hands from the handcuffs, which then again will allow you to free your (by now quivering) body, from the bondage.

If you try this one out, PLEASE make SURE that someone is going to intervene, if the 'release' fails to work, even NASA have failures, so why should you be immune..?
