Building a blowjob-machine

Have you ever dreamed to be sucked and sucked and sucked? Teased for long amounts of time, denieing or enforcing your orgasms? Have you ever wondered why those "solutions" from the sex shops always require your hands to actively do things like holding the tool and pumping instead of just sucking you into heaven? Have you ever dreamed to be bound and helplessly at the mercy of a sucker? If yes, the following might be of some interest for you.

Credits first: Although I have put alot of effort in the development of my machine, I got some ideas from other places. So, from here, a very big "thank you" to the yahoo groups "Maschinisten-club" and "Venus2000formen2", where I got some very valuable inspirations for the concrete realisation.

The machine consists of two parts: An electrical pump and a separated tool that actually sucks. This way, the heavy, mechanical part stands on the floor, not connected to your body parts which means high security and low weight for your sensitive part. The sucking tool itself is just driven by air.

The sucking-tool:

Although we can build own ones, I simply used a fleshlight for it. This solves alot of material problems all at once. You should use a tighter inlay with striations in it, so that little movement create good sensations. The unruffled standard inlays are good for denial teasing only. To use it, you need a hole in the cup of the case. To not destroy my expensive fleshlight case, I simply used a cup from a veggies glass and taped it to te end of the fleshlight. You need to assemble a flexible tube to this hole. So I went to the garden part of my hardware store and got myself a plastic hose connection which I cut through in the middle. I pulled this through the tight hole, glued it to the cup, sealed it with tapes and that's it.

In my construction I used a 8mm tube and of course a fitting hose cunnection. Your tube should be between 8mm and 10mm and I recommend the 10mm one. However, if you connect the tube to the fleshlight, you can already test how it feels, if you suck air out of the tube or blow air into it. And this is exactly, what the pump will do, just stronger and very persistent.

Of course you can create or use other sucking tools too. The following pump is capable to drive alot of nice toys. For example the "receiver" of the venus (available separately), a pulsating but plug or sucking cups for breasts. Let your fantasy flow.

Now the pump:

We want a pump that alternatingly sucks and blows air from and into the tube. And furthermore, we want to be able to adjust the speed, the strength and the ratio of air sucked out to air blown into the tube. All of those points can be solved better then in my construction. But my intention was to keep it as simple as possible, so everyone can easily rebuild this pump. All you need to be able to do is drilling holes into metal, and this is really easy.

The heart of the pump is a motor. We need a very strong electrical geared motor, which is build to be a workhorse. So I simply took a windscreen wiper motor for cars. I used the very cheap "Trico" from Pollin.de. The advantage of this motor is the low price, and the fact, that he was perfect for my easy assembly. The disadvantage of this motor is the slow highspeed of 70rpm. If ever possible, you should look for a similar motor with up to 120rpm. Be warned: wiper motors need an unusual strong power supply. We need at least 50VA (which roughly equals 4 Ampere at 12 Volt). I found a cheap one at Pollin.de which lets me choose voltage from very low up to 14V in a few steps. This already solves the speed problem, because the motor speed changes with voltage. One problem solved, two left.

I assembled this motor to a wooden baseplate, using an angle and a few screws. Please look at the pictures to understand what I did. One thing: I drilled a hole through my angle, so the driving axle of the motor could be sticked through it.

The motor shall drive a piston rod. There are surely many ways how you can mount a peace of wood or metal to the driving axle. I was very lucky with my components. The Trico's axle in fact is a M8 screw. And in my hardware store I found exactly, what I needed: A M8 nut, already mounted to a connection plate, simply called an "adapter plate". So all I had to do was to mount a peace of wood to the plate and to screw the nut onto my motor's drive axis.

Ok, until here we have a rotating peace of wood.

The next component is a sink pump I found in my hardware store. As you can see on the pictures, it is a double stroke piston air-hydro pump, which holds air pretty good. The end of the pump can be removed and leaves a connector, which can directly be connected with a 16mm tube, which fits perfectly to my valve components, described later. I mounted the pump to the baseplate so the side with the handle can move up and down freely. Now all I had to do was connect the handle to my rotating peace of wood, and ready.

The electrical pump now sucks in air and alternatingly pumps out air.

Now let's add the needed adjustability. We want to be able to change the strength of the sucktion and to determine, if it sucks your sensitive part in and out, or just in and stuff like this. And to do so, we need some valves, we mount between the tube coming from the pump and the tube going to the sucktion tool. Of course you can use industrial pneumatic valves. But be warned: They are very expensive and are a bit more complicated to assemble then my solution is.

I simply used parts for the garden hose, namely from "Gardena", which costed around 50€. All in all we need at least one one-way valve (drip stop, the expensive one, because it is a bit tricky to connect the tube to the "wrong" side of it. Better test it in the store to get a well fitting tube), two adjustable choke valves, and fitting connectors. One cross connector would have been the best, but since I did not find one, I had to use two Y-connectors instead. Who wants to afford it can use a second one-way-walve for better control and easier adjusting.

For the assembly, look at the pictures. Just so much for understanding the idea: A combination of a choke valve and a one-way-valve that opens to the outside determines, how much air is allowed to leak the tube during blowing period. This reduces the blowing pressure. Because of the one-way-valve closing during the sucking period, the sucking strength keeps untouched. The result is, that more air is sucked in then blown out. A more open chocke valve results a stronger sucking. On the other hand, the more the valve is closed, the more your sucking tool tends to doing up-down-movements.

The second choke valve reduces the force of the pump in general, in both directions, and therefor finetunes your whole experience. If you want it more elegant and easier to adjust, you can add a second one-way-valve here, opening from the outside to the tube (you need another connector, a piece of tube and a drip stop. Please notice that the choke valve and the drip-stop must be layed out for the same tube diameter). I guess I will add one too.

And... that's it. If you get the proper components, the assembly is really easy. If not, you need some fantasy how to assemble your parts. Have fun and do not overdo it. ;-)
