A vacuum pump, at 10 Euro.

I've often missed a good vacuum pump, but they tend to be rather expensive, and that's why i build this one.

An ordinary bicycle pump, but it MUST be this one !

the other part of the project, a valve intended to stop flooding of your aquarium-airpump, and a piece of air-hose.

THE ONE important reason to get exactly this pump, you can disassemble it.

Here I've pulled the handle out of the pump, showing the piston.

the pump disassembled ...

here I've unscrewed the piston, and this is the most important detail, because only by unscrewing the piston, will it be possible to screw it back on 'bottoms up'...

Having remounted the piston, and reassembled the pump, all there's left to do is to insert the valve into the muzzle, and start pumping ( Turn the valve the right way around, otherwise you'll get absolutely NO air through it !)
