Vibrator chair...

I've perverted a chair, once again.

The idea was to make a chair, where I would be bound and sucked into place, while being vibrated.

A short 'walk through' of the gear:

  1/ The seat, seen from the top, with the vibration bracket, the hyalite and the vacuum tube.

  2/ The hyalite, the delta-sander and the release mechanism, side-view.

  4/The vacuum pump and one end of the vacuum cleaner pull mechanism.

And here you get the full story about what, how and why:

  1. The seat, seen from the top, with the vibration bracket, the hyalite and the vacuum tube:
     
    At the center of the seat, you see the hole I've drilled for the hyalite. The point in having the hyalite placed right there is, that when I sit down on the seat, this is where my ball sack will be located. This mean that when the vacuum pump sucks air out of the hyalite, my ball sack will be sucked into the hyalite.
    In front of the hole with the hyalite, you see the steel bracket I made, to mount onto my delta sander, in order to transfer the vibrations from the delta sander to my cock. The steel bracket is supplied with a cockring, which fit my cock tightly.
    The bracket is made from a Ø6mm stainless steel rod, which has been threaded at one end, and bend to an angle. The triangle is made from a piece of MDF board, with a deep indention on the bottom side, in order to accommodate a dice and a nut.
     
    My delta sander ( a Bosch PDA 180), has a removable 'sole', and I guess that this is in order to be able to mount accessory equipment to it (which is exactly what I'm doing)...
     
     
    Here you see (top) the 'sole' from the velcro-side as well as from the 'machine side'.
    Below this, you see the delta sander with the 'accessory button 'open' and 'closed'.

    Finally you see 4 of 6 screws which mount the MDF board triangle to the sander sole. This is a very stable attachment, which will transfer all the wonderful vibrations made by the delta sander to the bracket, which will - in effect - be connected tightly to my cock.

    The hyalite and it's function is shown here. The point is, that when the vaqcuum pump start, it'll remove air from within the hyalite. As my ball sack will be placed above the opening (in effect sealing it), the rsulting effect is, that my ballsack will replace the space previously occupied by the air - meaning that my ball sack will be held inside the hyalite, until I can either remove the hose from the pump, or until the timer shut the vacuum pump off.

    The delta-sander, mounted in the brackets under the seat, front-view:
    The brackets for the delta sander, is two pieces of MDF board, which I've cut to have an opening, which fit the 'bottom' of the sander.
    What lock the sander into place is 2 x 2 pieces of 'patent band' tightened with 2 bolts and nuts.
  4. & 5.   
    The vacuum pump and the ends of the vacuum cleaner pull mechanism:
    The vacuum cleaner pulling mechanism is made from a piece of ventilation hose like the one you'd use for your tumble dryer, fitted with a 'plug' at either end.
    In one plug I've drilled a hole which fit the vacuum cleaner tube. The pointen is, that when the vacuum cleaner suck air out of the plugged ventilation hose it will get shorter, and as I bound one end to a cupboard, it will pull in the other end.
    At 'the other end' I've bound a line, which is connected to the bolt in the release mechanism. This mean that as the vacuum cleaner start, it will pull the line connected to the bolt, which will slide out of the release the shackle at the end of the hand-rope, releasing me.

  1. The two timers which start and stop the show:

    I have two timers to this set-up; one (left) to control the vacuum pump as well as the delta sander, and another (right) to control the vacuum cleaner.
    The timers are (of course) synchronized.

  2. The pulley block, under my ceiling:

    The rope connected to the shackle in the release mechanism, at one end, run through a pulley block under the ceiling, in order to keep my wrists up. The point is, that in this way my wrists will be held too high, to be able to 'fiddle' with the rest of the setup, and the pulley block is placed so high, that I'll be unable to reach it, when seated.
  3. The 'permanent loop' on the rope, for my wrist cuffs:

    Here I've chosen an 'alternative' solution to the problem with getting the wrist cuffs attached to a rope without being able to 'un-bind' the knot holding them there.
    This loop is made by making a loop at the end of the rope, and then whipping the loop, with a fine line. This solution might not be completely 'tamper proof', but as the whipping is made very tight, it'll be rather time consuming to un-whip the rope, and I'll not be in need of an hour-long suspension, so this will not be a problem.

... and then I'm just about 'forced to enjoy it'..*G*
